How to submit photos?

If you prefer to email me photos from a digital camera please send them to me at the highest resolution possible. If your pictures are already printed they can be mailed to me, I will scan them, and then they will be sent back when your order is finished. Pictures can also be scanned at your computer and emailed to me or sent on a CD. Please save them at least at 300 dpi and as a .jpg (.jpeg) file.

Professional photos will only be accepted if a release is signed by the photographer or studio and sent to me first. It is your responsibility to obtain permission to use any professional pictures.

I prefer receiving more than one photo, so I have more to work with. Please let me know which pictures are your favorites and you definitely want used, though. I will take care of all editing and cropping that needs to be done to your pictures.

How long does the process take?

As soon as I receive your pictures and preferences I can begin creating your custom design. Once I feel I have a complete design I will send you an email with a low resolution proof to obtain your approval. Please allow up to one to two weeks for the design to be completed. As soon as I receive your approval and payment has been submitted I will either send your design to be printed or send you a high resolution jpg image which you can take to be printed. I can have your order printed within 2-3 days after receiving approval from you. Orders can be picked up or mailed (postage charges apply, please see pricing information).
